Patents

Hi.! Glad you're stopping by ..... Patenting is a lost art, mostly because it's confusing, mysterious, and an unknown quantity. Also, you may have heard that it's downright expensive. Partly true, but only partly.

We've been patenting different products for over 30 years and have learned how to cut corners on the way to protecting all the work and effort that we put into designing and innovating. Just one example, which you will know very well, because every Golf Magazine and every golf company around the world has been promoting 'our patented concept', for the past 6 or 7 years.

Can you guess what it is. ? Give up. ? OK, it's the 'concept', (not just the design) of, 'A Cavity Back Iron Head, with a Face Insert of Different Material to the rest of the head'. The rest of the head can be of any Material, usually Metal, while the Face can be of any 'different ' Metal Material or non-Metal material. We have been granted Concept Patents in the USA, Pat.No.5,997,414 and also in Europe, Pat.No.WO9310865 (EP0616547), for this 'invention' which we first designed and developed in 1988.

Patent Document and Cavity Back Irons

If we can beat the world at something so hi-tech as this, regarded by our peers as the greatest iron head development since the 'blade' was replaced by the more 'forgiving' perimeter weighted PING (cavity back) iron of the late 60's and early 70's, we can do it for you. !

wherein the head has a rear with a cavity, the cavity being of the cavity back type, and wherein the head is perimeter weighted.

What it means......
